The forged aluminum construction and stainless steel plate base is extremely hardwearing and the ergonomic easy-grip handle guarantees the best usability. They're suitable for use on electric, glass-ceramic, gas, halogen and induction cookers.

A complete set of ceramic pans- perfect for style conscious cooks. Includes 3 pans ( 8", 10" and 12") and a Ceracraft Ceramic Aroma Lid (for 12" pan)- Add some extra flavor to your dishes with the clever Ceracraft Aroma Pan Lid. Pour water, wine or oil into the lid handle and aromas are gradually released to enhance your food's taste.

Before first use: Remove all packaging and labels. Wash in hot, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.

Seasoning your pan for enhanced performance:

1. Before first use, rub vegetable oil into the surface with a kitchen towel.

2. Warm on a hob on a medium heat until it starts to sizzle.

3. Leave to cool, then wash and wipe clean.

4. Repeat periodically to improve the surface performance and longevity.
