This gets 4 stars because the product was dry. Not a big problem, just add water and Ta-Da it works. This cleaned up my the inside of my stainless steel dishwasher just like new. Also removed water spots and polished up my silverware. Now, on Real silver it is a dream. My stainless steel sink is not as high a quality as I should have purchased, therefor it looks it. The Shadazzle brought out the shine and a water repellent as well. Overall I am very happy with the product, and would buy again.
