Must have ladies and gentlemen. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. I received it in a timely fashion and was able to track my order every step of the way. I started using it right away and OMG!!!! Instant results. I so excited ???????? SEXY BODY?? HERE I COME. I'm looking forward to purchasing more products...SO WORTH THE MONEY.. AND I ALMOST FORGOT COMES ASSEMBLED ALL I HAD TO DO WAS ADD THE BAND..??

The best thing I ever bought. Comes with instructions on how to do exercise. I do 40 reps of each one two times and I feel like the Incredible Hulk! Only after a week was I able to notice definition and tone in my arms. I would recommend not to use the lightest band.

I haven't had it long enough to show a big difference in the appearance of my arms but I can feel that it is helping me with my shoulder stiffness. It is a good exercise program for use several times a day.

I've been using every day up to 100 reps 3 times a day. I'm almost at one month. I can see the tightening and plan to continue using so I can go sleeveless again.

I enjoy the Wonder Arms workout system very much. I have used the Level 1 band for a couple of weeks and now ready to start with the Level 2 band. I can feel a difference in my arms and shoulders. Now anxious to see how much stronger and fit I will get with the Level 2 band. I enjoy doing the exercises and find it is easy to fit it into your daily routine.

Well on the 1st day I went right to the 2nd band and did about 200 of them it was so easy. Couldn't lift my arms the next day. LOL. Now i follow the instructions and notice a big difference in my arms. Great product. Would recommend to a friend.

For a lightweight and inexpensive exerciser, this device works! The physics are right, you can get the degree of exercise desired. Isolates muscle groups, which many will find useful. Like any other excercise equipment, you get out of it what you put in...Not sure how long it will last, but it should pay for itself.
